Hot Latte

  1. Pull a shot as soon as the customer approaches the window. Always use the timer on the espresso machine to ensure proper extraction time.
  2. Check the Kitchen monitor to see what drink has been ordered.
  3. While shot is pulling, Steam milk to 160 degrees (See section on Milk Steaming).
  4. If requested, add the proper amount of syrup to the cup.
  5. Pour espresso shot into hot cup.
  6. Pour milk into hot cup and attempt latte art.

Iced Latte

  1. Pull a shot as soon as the customer approaches the window. Always use the timer on the espresso machine to ensure proper extraction time.
  2. Check the Kitchen monitor to see what drink has been ordered.
  3. While shot is pulling, fill the appropriate size iced cup with ¾ ice.
  4. Add milk base to the top of the ice.
  5. If requested, add the proper amount of syrup to the cup.
  6. Cool down Espresso with base of drink first
  7. Pour espresso shot into cup and stir.

Hot Mocha

  1. Pull a shot as soon as the customer approaches the window. Always use the timer on the espresso machine to ensure proper extraction time.
  2. Check the Kitchen monitor to see what drink has been ordered.
  3. While shot is pulling, Steam milk to 160 degrees (See section on Milk Steaming).
  4. Add the proper amount of sauce or syrup to the hot cup.
  5. If requested, add the proper amount of syrup to the hot cup.
  6. Pour espresso shot into the hot cup and mix with sauce or powder until sauce or powder is dissolved.
  7. Pour milk into hot cup and attempt latte art.

Iced Mocha

  1. Pull a shot as soon as the customer approaches the window. Always use the timer on the espresso machine to ensure proper extraction time.
  2. Check the Kitchen monitor to see what drink has been ordered.
  3. While shot is pulling, fill the appropriate size iced cup with ¾ ice.
  4. Add milk base to the top of the ice.
  5. If requested, add the proper amount of syrup to the cup.
  6. Once shot is done pulling, Add the proper amount of sauce or syrup to the espresso shot in the demitasse and mix until it is dissolved.
  7. Cool down Espresso with base of drink first
  8. Pour espresso and sauce or powder mixture into cup and stir.

Espresso

  1. Pull a shot as soon as the customer approaches the window. Always use the timer on the espresso machine to ensure proper extraction time.
  2. Check the Kitchen monitor to see what drink has been ordered.
  3. Serve espresso shot in an 8 oz cup.

Americano

  1. Pull a shot as soon as the customer approaches the window. Always use the timer on the espresso machine to ensure proper extraction time.
  2. Check the Kitchen monitor to see what drink has been ordered.
  3. Fill cup to the top less two fingers with hot water from the espresso machine.
  4. If requested, add the proper amount of flavor or other condiments to the cup
  5. Pour espresso shot over the top of the water.

Wet Cappuccino

  1. Pull a shot as soon as the customer approaches the window. Always use the timer on the espresso machine to ensure proper extraction time.
  2. Check the Kitchen monitor to see what drink has been ordered.
  3. Steam milk for a wet cappuccino (see section on milk steaming).
  4. Put espresso shot in cup and pour milk on top.

Dry Cappuccino

  1. Pull a shot as soon as the customer approaches the window. Always use the timer on the espresso machine to ensure proper extraction time.
  2. Check the Kitchen monitor to see what drink has been ordered.
  3. Steam milk for a dry cappuccino (see section on milk steaming).
  4. Put espresso shot in cup and pour milk on top.

Prepare all other espresso drinks the same as a hot or iced mocha or latte.
